December 2024

In 2024, Partnership Health Center experienced an eventful year of new vision, resilience and community spirit! The Director of Development, in their first year, spearheaded a full rebrand, rolling out fresh swag, new signage, and a website update that brought a vibrant new look to PHC. Staff came together for engaging All-Staff Meetings, and a bi-monthly newsletter kept everyone in the loop, while a growing library of patient testimonials highlighted the positive impact PHC is making. The transition from Google to Microsoft for communications went smoothly, and the Annual Gala, Igniting Hope, was a shining success. Despite the challenges of Hurricane Helene, which caused damage to the Administrative Building, the staff's incredible teamwork and positive attitude ensured a smooth transition as they consolidated to the Dental Building. The development of PHC Direct will bring new growth, and we proudly welcomed Amanda Morgan, Kimberly Robinson, Debbie Pringle, and Dr. White, who joined the team full-time.

Looking into 2025, we are poised for an inspiring new chapter! This coming year will mark the retirement of John Sparks, whose leadership has greatly shaped PHC’s success. With this comes the welcoming of a new Executive Director to continue our mission of compassionate care and community health. With the upcoming full launch of PHC Direct, we will be expanding access and convenience of care for employees of small business owners and non-profits. We move into 2025 with a sense of energy and optimism for the future, and a continued commitment to serving the community and delivering high-quality healthcare for all.

Thank you for being a part of Partnership Health Center, together we are changing lives, families and communities!

Hurricane Helene rudely deposited a tree onto our Administrative Building on Woodrow Wilson, and left us a few offices short. With all of the administrative and MedBank staff cozily relocated to the Dental Building, we await an update from SGMC Health for a plan and timeline regarding the damaged building. A big shout out and many thanks to all the staff for continuing to make the best of a difficult situation. You are the best!

We are launching a new program!

PHC Direct is a Direct Primary Care program designed for employers to offer as an affordable alternative to health insurance.
